My daughter and I were very excited to get this. We especially wanted the small area kit. The photo has all the extra tips & buffers for small areas shown with it. However, none of the smaller tips, buffers, lotion or travel case were in the box. We’ll have to return it & make sure we order the complete set next time. They shouldn’t add items to the product photo that aren’t included. Very sneaky amazon!

IT TOOK SOME TIME AND EFFORT BUT I BARELY HAVE TO REMOVE HAIR ANYMORE! I USED MY NONO FOR LIKE 3 MONTHS 3 TIMES A WEEK AND NOW I ONLY HAVE TO USE IT LIKE EVERY OTHER MONTH. IT TAKES A LOT OF DEDICATION BUT IT IS SOOOOOO WORTH IT IN THE END!

|burnt my girlfriend – shipped it back,
My girlfriend was super excited to try this though I had read mixed reviews. She tried it a couple of times but after it burnt her twice – we boxed it up and sent it back. Really sad as we have seen some reviews where people love it.
